Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at T&Z CONSULTING LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment strategies, including scheduling interviews and preparing interview materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Drive.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
