About the Role

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Planning: Assist in coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, manage digital databases, oversee payroll administration, and provide customer service.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, compile data and statistics, and order office supplies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position.
