Senior Administrative Coordinator

At Tire Doctorz Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires the individual to work on-site.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can assist in the administration of our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented efficiently and effectively;
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carrying out administrative activities related to the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Performing data entry and overseeing payroll administration;
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:
- Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly;
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services to meet the needs of the organization;
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure that they are implemented efficiently and effectively;
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems;
