Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Wiser Software Solutions Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to our software applications, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  • System Administration: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates, to ensure the stability and security of our systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and participate in the redesign of applications and software.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and user guides.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
