- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and performance.
- Problem-Solving
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
- Documentation and Training
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support user training and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to users on software solutions and best practices.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
