Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • System Administration: Set up and configure computer equipment, including operating systems and software, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Network Support: Provide assistance with network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity problems.
  • Documentation and Research: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and communicate effectively with users to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
