- Network Support: Provide assistance with network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity problems.
- Documentation and Research: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and communicate effectively with users to ensure their needs are met.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
