About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Wiser Software Solutions Inc. as a User Support Technician. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies.

User Support and Assistance

Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, providing timely and effective support to resolve their issues.

Research and Implementation

Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.

Application Redesign and Development

Participate in the redesign of applications and other software, working closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration.

Business Systems Support

Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Equipment Setup and Maintenance

Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

Backup and Recovery Operations

Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations, ensuring the integrity and availability of our systems.
