Research and ImplementationConsult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
Application Redesign and DevelopmentParticipate in the redesign of applications and other software, working closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration.
Business Systems SupportProvide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Equipment Setup and MaintenanceSet up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Backup and Recovery OperationsPerform Web-server backup and recovery operations, ensuring the integrity and availability of our systems.
Work Environment and Requirements- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
