Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with our software solutions.
    • Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • System Administration
    • Set up and configure user equipment, including installing operating systems and software.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
  • Documentation and Training
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support user training and troubleshooting.
    • Provide training and support to users on software solutions and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 32 to 40 hours per week.
