Business Development Representative

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary with commission based on target achievement, ranging from $60,000 to over $80,000 per year, depending on performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our customer database
- Adapting a consultative approach to add additional service to suit customer needs
- Maintaining steady growth through identification of new prospects
- Collaborating with the key accounts management team on specific nationwide partnerships
- Establishing and improving customer relationships with restaurant and grocery store owners
- Reviewing our current offer with customers present in your territory to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Managing the volume of business for your assigned territory
- Creating innovative customer service initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University/College diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, new business development, and market growth
- Sales experience in the food industry, restaurant and grocery store (an asset)
- Proven track record in business development and successful innovation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
