Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Employment and Social Development Canada.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing litigation processing and court services for judiciary and litigants, as well as offering procedural advice and assistance on the filing of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support and court services to clients;
- Offer procedural advice and guidance on the filing of legal documents;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery;
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A strong understanding of the legal environment and procedures;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in multiple languages an asset.
