The primary goal of this position is to collaborate with clients to comprehend their analytical needs, ensure seamless communication between the laboratory and administrative staff, and guarantee that the services provided adequately meet these defined requirements.
Responsibilities:
- The development and maintenance of client accounts to maximize client satisfaction and business potential.
- To serve as the key liaison between clients, the laboratory, and SGS AXYS management.
- Closely collaborate with Account Managers to grow the business with existing and new clients.
- Provide timely consultation, recommendations, data interpretation, and technical assistance to clients.
- Stay current with all SGS AXYS method offerings.
- Ensure clear, concise, and accurate information is conveyed to operations via project notes related to client projects.
- Coordinate work schedules, reports, data, billing, and client requests.
- Complete office-related administration tasks efficiently, such as CRM updates, LIMS updates, VG requests, reporting, and invoice approval.
- Collaborate with accounting staff to facilitate discussions on client account payment habits and assist with collection of monies owed.
- Help arrange/coordinate client site tours, conferences, etc.
- May be assigned and coordinate special or ad hoc projects as needed.
- Extended hours may be required periodically.
- Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
