Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Wholesale Sales team in Sydney, Australia.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves driving sales activity, generating new business opportunities, and managing key relationships with financial advisers, dealer groups, and other distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and activity levels.
- Negotiate commercial arrangements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the Institutional Sales team to identify group-level opportunities for Fidelity International.
- Contribute to the overall Fidelity International distribution strategy and Australian business plan.
- Manage an allocated list of intermediary relationships.
About You
- You have an established track record of success in generating sales with financial advisers.
- You have proven experience in selling Multi-Asset and Fixed Income solutions.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and present convincingly, and a commercial mindset.
- You have high levels of motivation, accountability, resilience, and adaptability.
- You are willing to undertake travel as necessary.
