About the Opportunity
This permanent position is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and retention activity in the Australian adviser market. As a Regional Sales Manager/Sales Director at Fidelity International, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to achieve strong net new sales of Fidelity's solutions through various key channels.

Job Description
The role involves driving retention activity, generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and ongoing management of key relationships including financial advisers, boutique and national dealer groups, and other distribution channels. Key responsibilities include setting sales projections, implementing a structured sales plan, meeting required sales targets and activity levels, growing and diversifying Fidelity's supporter base, and negotiating commercial arrangements.

Critical Outputs
The critical outputs for this role include meeting/exceeding sales targets, meeting/exceeding minimum activity levels, increasing the number of advisers using Fidelity retail/wholesale funds, retention of existing Funds Under Management with Fidelity, increase knowledge and use of Fidelity products, and contributing to the overall Fidelity distribution strategy and Australian business plan.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need an established track record of success in generating sales with financial advisers, proven success in selling Multi-Asset and Fixed Income solutions, ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with industry decision makers, strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to influence and present convincingly, and a strong commercial mindset, high levels of motivation, accountability, resilience, and adaptability.
