  • Education: A college diploma, CEGEP certificate, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration, or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support office operations and improve efficiency.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making informed decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
