Administrative Coordinator

We are the Bo Truckers Ltd. and we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. They will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.
