Compensation Package

The hourly salary for this position is $26.22, with a 7-month contract and full-time hours of 37.50 per week. The schedule consists of weekday work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in an on-site setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Provide exceptional verbal communication skills to manage client interactions effectively, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of messages.
  • Professional Presence: Maintain a professional presence, including appropriate attire and demeanor tailored to the client environment.
  • Communication and Reception: Handle and direct incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system, greet and guide visitors according to client security and badge protocols, and set up and maintain files and records efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule conference rooms and manage meeting arrangements, as well as perform office and records management tasks.
  • Supportive Role: Provide coverage for mail, print production, or fulfillment tasks such as faxing, scanning, and copying, as needed, and deliver general administrative support to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet navigation, and Windows Explorer.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Data Entry and Physical Demands: Data entry proficiency and ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
