We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support our office operations in Vancouver. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Help with ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
