We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to a team of advisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
About the RoleAs an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for advisors
- Providing proactive client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Managing client relationships, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assisting with client onboarding, account management, and maintenance
- Maintaining effective communication channels, updating documentation, and ensuring accuracy
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional client service
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
