At Keller Williams Realty, we are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Associate to play a pivotal role in our operations. As the first point of contact for our clients and agents, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling mail and deliveries, and ensuring seamless coordination of office events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, listings, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate office events and meetings to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Utilize real estate administrative experience to support the office in daily tasks and special projects
  • Head the onboarding process to make it as seamless as possible for new and seasoned agents
  • Troubleshoot technology issues as they emerge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate administrative tasks or management
  • Proficiency with G-Suite (Google Docs) and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal communication
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if/when necessary for events
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
