Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RGS Marketing INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including sales and inventory management.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including sales workers and administrative staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English language.
