Senior Relationship Manager, Business Growth Specialist

Are you a driven professional seeking to maximize client acquisition and growth? We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Markets team.
About the RoleIn this dynamic position, you will be responsible for stewarding and growing a portfolio of clients by providing tailored and proactive advice and solutions. You will work closely with our Client Relationship Team to create exceptional client experiences and deliver business results.
This role requires a strong ability to adapt and grow with our clients, leveraging your expertise to drive success. With a focus on delivering value-added advice, you will make a lasting impact on our clients' businesses and careers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead with a growth mindset, focusing on maximizing client acquisition, growth, and delivery of exceptional client experiences
- Demonstrate client stewardship and care in every decision and activity
- Proactively contact all clients annually and understand their needs, changing circumstances, and ongoing satisfaction with RBC
- Create exceptional client experiences by delivering value-added advice aligned to your expertise and the client's needs
- Make the most of every client interaction, including meeting immediate needs, providing advice, referring to partners, and digitally enabling clients
- 5+ years of relevant account management, business development, or sales experience
- Strong MS Office software skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will regularly serve clients with English and French-speaking needs
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
