Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow sales and profits in a designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training to support customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales role at Sherwin-Williams.
  • Previous experience in conducting outside sales calls.
  • Associate's degree in business, sales, or marketing.
