Job DescriptionThis Senior Credit and Portfolio Management Specialist role provides specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support to clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial credit and non-credit products, monitoring/operational processes, and applications. They will be responsible for identifying business needs, designing/developing tools and training programs, and delivering training to audiences.
This role requires excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations. The successful candidate will be fluent in both French and English, and will have a deep understanding of loan and security documentation, including registration and renewal routines.
The Senior Credit and Portfolio Management Specialist will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and support to clients and colleagues on credit and portfolio management-related matters;
- Designing and developing tools and training programs to enhance client relationships and portfolio performance;
- Delivering training to audiences on credit and portfolio management best practices;
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of personal and commercial credit and non-credit products, monitoring/operational processes, and applications;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver on business objectives;
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial credit and non-credit products, monitoring/operational processes, and applications;
- Expert communication and relationship management skills;
- Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations;
- Fluency in both French and English;
- Detailed knowledge of loan and security documentation, including registration and renewal routines;
- Deep understanding of banking, investment, and lending regulations, policies, and procedures;
