Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pipeline Contract Administrator to join our team at FortisBC.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Eagle Mountain - Woodfibre Pipeline (EGP) Project, which will involve managing commercial administration and planning for the Facilities component of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts in accordance with agreed terms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including the Facilities Project Manager, construction team, and regulatory leads;
  • Manage resources and recommend resource requirements to support procurement functions;
  • Execute procurement functions in compliance with company policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in planning and delivering major construction contracts in Canada;
  • Relevant technical or commercial qualifications appropriate to high-value energy infrastructure capital works;
  • Evidence of increasing responsibility within project and corporate supply chain roles;
  • Ability to lead and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
