- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to mitigate risks and optimize value for our organization.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex contracts, identifying areas of risk and opportunity.
- Providing guidance and support to stakeholders on contract-related matters.
- Masters degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Health Administration.
- 5 years of experience in procurement, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to understand patterns and trends, translating them into process improvements and policy recommendations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
