Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Contracts Administrator to join our team at BC Hydro. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for administering service contracts for Field Services, including compiling costs and billing information, assisting with contract and relationship management, and conducting benchmarking studies to compare and report on service quality and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement service level agreements, including providing input to contract pricing and billing.
- Monitor contract delivery expectations, costs, and related contract and performance measurement, incentive and penalty details in discussion with the reporting manager, Field Services, and clients.
- Administer service contracts for Field Services, including compiling costs and billing information, assisting with contract and relationship management, and conducting benchmarking studies to compare and report on service quality and improvements.

Requirements:

- Business principles and administration, finance, reconciliation, management reporting, contract management, legal issues, and administration, performance monitoring, research, and benchmarking, computer application, communications report preparation, and presentation knowledge is typically acquired through High School graduation; plus a Certificate in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education.
- Two years in progressively more responsible administrative positions related to contract and facility management, including experience in performance reporting with a well-developed applied knowledge of desktop computer applications.
