Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Vice President to join our team at Wealth Builders International. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role

The Account Vice President will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. They will also authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, as well as establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  4. Manage budgets and resources to optimize business performance
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a business development or management position
  3. Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
