Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth, brand recognition, and community engagement in the Mississauga area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales growth plans, including strategic partnerships and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Partner with the Operator to create and manage overall sales growth strategies, setting clear goals and objectives for Chick-fil-A Square One.
- Identify opportunities to grow catering orders, mobile sales, and community engagement, and develop targeted initiatives to achieve these goals.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure alignment on sales growth initiatives and operational execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales growth strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (required); Master's degree in Marketing Management (preferred).
- At least 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales environment, with a strong background in restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience with marketing analytics and insights, as well as a good understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- A creative and analytical thinker with a strong strategic mind, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
