Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Executive to join our team at Authentic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the successful implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Autorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments, promoting collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, upholding our reputation for integrity and professionalism.
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, empowering them to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring sound business practices and risk management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership or executive position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Candidate must have excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
