- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute customer tickets on a daily basis;
- Maintain and update department-related information;
- Communicate with supervisors and managers about operations and dispatch issues;
- Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
