**Salary and Benefits

**Job Description: Strategic Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with business leaders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that drive business growth and achieve our talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent in the market;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop targeted sourcing strategies;
  • Design and implement engaging employee value propositions and career development programs to enhance employee retention and job satisfaction;
  • Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment, including interview processes, candidate assessments, and offer extensions;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver HR-related training programs and initiatives;
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements;
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions;

**Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans and managing the full life-cycle of recruitment;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) are considered an asset;
