About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced Human Resources professional who can act as a business partner to assigned client groups, influencing and executing business strategies that align with both business and HR objectives. Key responsibilities include providing coaching and consultation to senior leaders, front-line managers, and employees to address and mitigate HR issues, while managing a small team of more junior HR staff.

  • Lead HR efforts for assigned client groups, partnering with senior management to develop and execute HR plans and strategies that support business objectives and outcomes.
  • Oversee activities and strategies around compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational/leadership development for assigned client groups, consulting and collaborating with COE stakeholders in these disciplines.
  • Partner with HR and COE colleagues to enhance HR policies, practices, processes, and programs as needed.
  • Lead annual compensation planning cycle for assigned client groups, ensuring alignment with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
  • Drive change management efforts, including facilitating and delivering training to ensure seamless transition and adoption of new initiatives.
  • Stay current on external HR trends and participate in industry/professional networks to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an HR field (e.g. Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology)
  • 7 years of work experience in an HR role
  • Project management skills, whether leading a project or serving as a valued team member
  • Broad knowledge of all aspects of HR, including organization development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
