Job Description:
  • Salary: Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000, based on experience and location.

The successful candidate will partner closely with executive management and business leadership teams to drive organizational change, talent development, and employee relations initiatives. This senior HR professional will be responsible for consulting with client groups on the design and application of human resources programs, processes, and strategies, while acting as a fully accountable business partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a consultant and business partner to client groups, managers, and employees, providing advice and counsel on human resource programs and practices.
  2. Analyze and present information to the management team to enable informed business decisions, identifying and establishing metrics that drive HR performance and link to business strategy.
  3. Develop and implement people agenda for the business, educating business leaders on HR trends affecting the organization.
  4. Coordinate and deliver learning and development activities, building competence and workplace performance.
  5. Evaluate and diagnose human resource issues impacting client groups, identifying needs and implementing creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive responsibility in a professional HR role, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity and proven track record of positive interaction and credibility with senior management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR communications, change management, performance management, organizational design, talent development, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee/labor relations.
  • Ability to apply expert HR knowledge to complex organizational issues, effectively managing ambiguity, recognizing trends, and identifying systemic approaches to solve problems.
