Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment function and develop a strategic vision for talent acquisition. As the ideal candidate, you'll have 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 5+ years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent in high-growth tech companies.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring the recruitment function, setting clear priorities and ensuring team alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing and executing a bar-raising talent acquisition strategy to attract world-class talent, using innovative sourcing channels and state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Owning and optimizing hiring plans, designing a detailed hiring roadmap that translates company goals into achievable recruitment targets.
  • Building strong relationships with leadership, key stakeholders, and hiring managers to foster a consistent approach to hiring that reflects our high standards and core values.
  • Driving workforce planning and recruitment analytics, leading the assessment, planning, and execution of the talent acquisition roadmap.
  • Becoming a trusted strategic partner, helping align recruiting with broader business goals and driving agility, responsiveness, and impact.
  • Staying data-obsessed and results-driven, using metrics and performance indicators to guide decisions and set targets.
  • Proactively solving problems and innovating solutions to meet hiring demands, streamline processes, and exceed targets.

Requirements:
