We are a Quebec-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the province's farmers. Our mission is to create a thriving agricultural community, and we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in Montreal.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive management team. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Managing correspondence and communication with stakeholders
You will work closely with our executive team to ensure the smooth operation of our organization and provide exceptional support to our members.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
