In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Processing claims and maintaining department filing systems
- Preparing and drafting agreements, by-laws, and administrative reports
- Providing assistance to internal departments, staff, and members of the public
- Identifying and retrieving minutes, by-laws, and other documents from Corporation records
- Reviewing and completing claims, insurance, and litigation documents
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Assist in claims and risk management tasks and functions
- Maintain an organized tracking system to ensure timely receipt of defense material
- Communicate with claimants, insurance professionals, law firms, and support staff

- Motivated individual with proven initiative and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
