">">The District School Board of Niagara is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Facilities Maintenance Systems Coordinator.
">This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on building systems and components, ensuring seamless operations across our educational facilities.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Maintain databases for capital planning, programmable maintenance, and data reporting.">
- Conduct on-site assessments of DSBN building systems and components.">
- Analyze blueprints, schematics, and specification sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.">
- Take ownership of all work performed, adhering to standard construction and maintenance practices, including building codes, regulations, and standards.">
- Ensure administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are properly executed and followed according to Board, Supervisor, and/or Manager direction.">
- Acknowledge and respect collective agreements.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum three-year post-secondary diploma or Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent as determined by the Manager of Maintenance). A valid Ontario Driver's License is also required.
">In addition, you should have a minimum of three years' hands-on experience with institutional computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) from an organizational and programming perspective, along with working knowledge of data management.
">You will also need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of maintenance operations, including asset inventory, maintenance programming, planning, and scheduling. Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
">Working knowledge of architectural and mechanical systems is considered an asset.
">Compensation and Benefits:
">This permanent, 40-hour position offers a competitive salary of $33.97 per hour, placed within Salary Grid Level 1-S. You will also enjoy group benefits and an OMERS pension plan, with incrementally progressing paid vacation.
">Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
