Residential Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge Non Union to join our team at Aspira Heatherwood Retirement Living.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Enquiry Resolution: Respond promptly and diplomatically to all resident and visitor enquiries, utilizing problem-solving and complaint resolution skills to ensure all complaints are forwarded to the General Manager in writing.
- Customer Service: Promote excellent customer service in all personal interactions with visitors, families, residents, and team members.
- Visitor Greeting: Greet all visitors to the building and address their needs in a pleasant and unhurried fashion, conducting mini tours in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Clerical Support: Provide clerical and computer support to all managers as requested.
- Record Keeping: Complete required records to support cash transactions related to the sale of guest and team member meal vouchers/tickets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Completion of grade 12 education.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Positive attitude and proven customer service skills through related work experience.
- Organizational Skills: Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Computer Proficiency: Must demonstrate computer proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Criminal Record Check: All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check (applicable to Ontario applicants).
- Provincial Police Check: As part of legislative requirements, all successful candidates must meet the provincial police check and tuberculosis screening requirements (as applicable).
Additional applied courses, such as office administration, would be an asset.
Estimated Salary Range$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
