Job Description

KPS Trucklines is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with various administrative tasks.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • You will also be tasked with compiling data, statistics, and other information, as well as maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

About You

  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree of Secondary (High) School Graduation or Equivalent Experience.
  • Familiarity with office software and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
