We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations at beBee Professionals in Hamilton.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and office documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with ease.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials for management.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
