Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure seamless implementation;">
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;">
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;">
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;">
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;">
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures;">
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, invoices, and other financial documents;">
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;">
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or a related field;">
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace;">
  • Familiarity with accounting software and processes;">
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred;">
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment a plus;">
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods;">
  • Valid driver's license a plus but not required;">
  • Basic knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology a plus;">
