Job Summary

The Regional Office Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of a Region/Division Office. This role acts as a key liaison between head office, consultants, and clients, ensuring seamless coordination and implementation of corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a human resource complement, including recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
  • Coordinate and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures related to business processes, regulatory, and risk management.
  • Oversee general office operations, including financial resource management, facilities maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Region Office business processing and compliance/regulatory administration.
  • Provide support to the Consultant Network, including orientation, training, general inquiries, procedures, and sales support inventory.
  • Support local management in recruiting/licensing process, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 4 years of office experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline and completion or enrollment in industry-recognized courses (e.g., IFIC, CFP) would be an asset.
  • Proven strengths in communication, leadership, accountability, teamwork, and business/technical skills.
