About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Communication team at Pomerleau. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Vice President's schedule, organizing meetings, and performing related tasks. You will also prepare agendas, draft documents, and coordinate external translation requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Vice President's schedule and organize meetings
  • Prepare agendas and draft documents
  • Coordinate external translation requests
  • Act as a resource person and point of contact for service-related requests
  • Perform administrative tasks related to new employee integration, event management, and production of promotional items
  • Coordinate various photo and video shoots
  • Maintain the team's holiday calendar and update the virtual library

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a support/administrative role
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in a relevant field
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrate creativity, autonomy, and versatility
  • Exhibit precision and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and political acumen
  • Demonstrate ease in establishing interpersonal relationships
  • Show discretion and confidentiality
  • Exercise judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and/or requirements
  • Demonstrate integrity and kindness
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
