Job Description

PAPIERS ET EMBALLAGES ARTEAU INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile data to prepare documents and reports
  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
  • Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Provide customer service and support to our team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
