Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alstom in Montreal, CA.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and processes. This role will contribute to the success of the EXO project by ensuring the performance of essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training for all employees
  • Manage the payroll process, including data entry, timesheets, and payroll approval
  • Manage vacation requests for unionized and non-unionized employees
  • Support the management team with all documentation required
  • Optimize administrative processes
  • Perform certain clerical duties as required
  • Support the dispatcher team
  • Any other related tasks
Requirements:
  • DEC or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience required
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work with different departments
  • Highly developed sense of organization, with the ability to follow up on several files
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and sense of responsibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken French and functional English
  • The position may include trips to satellite sites as needed
