Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ordre des hygiénistes dentaires du Québec. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures, and preparing reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile data to prepare documents
  • Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Manage events
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Accurate and dependable
  • Initiative and organized
  • Team player
