Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clients, including diary planning, organization, and expense account management
- Assist with the creation and drafting of business presentations using PowerPoint
- Manage associate expense accounts and perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Bilingualism required
- Experience in a similar position
- College diploma (DEC) in administrative or secretarial techniques (an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint

- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days a week in the office)
- Working hours: 08h-17h (40 hours per week)
