PAPIERS ET EMBALLAGES ARTEAU INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives, including preparing documents, establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures, and preparing reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for compiling data to prepare documents, establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures, and preparing reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.

You will also be responsible for analyzing incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports, preparing and coordinating the production and submission of summary briefs and reports, preparing agendas and making arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, conducting research, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

In addition, you will provide customer service, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
