Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NBC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our portfolio managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to portfolio managers, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information and records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • University degree with at least two years of experience in a brokerage or service role.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a definite asset.
  • Knowledge of regulatory aspects of the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Autonomous and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude, capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
