About the Role:

We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team at CANADA INC. as an administrative assistant.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-level decision-making processes.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • They will also be responsible for tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining databases, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • In addition, the Executive Support Specialist will plan and coordinate events, develop materials, and conduct research to support business objectives.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-7 months of experience in an administrative or support role is required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Additional requirements include ability to multitask, flexibility, reliability, time management, and dependability.
  • A willingness to relocate and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential.

Benefits:

  • This is a permanent position offering free parking available, 30-40 hours per week, and a competitive salary range estimated between $35,000 - $55,000 per annum.
